District is opening for Dinner 7 days a week 4pm-1am, Brunch Saturday & Sunday from 10am-3pm, and a late night menu from 10pm-12am every day of the week!
District 45 is an Industrial and edgy artist loft feel with tips of the hat nostalgic touches, giving nod to the rich and storied history of Lynn and the surrounding towns. Good NU hospitality’s all new ‘District 45’ represents all of the best of the past and future in the growing gateway city of Lynn. Warm hospitality, bold craft local food and drinks, it’s a neighborhood restaurant and bar place where “everybody will know your name”.
Lynn Native, and Executive Chef – Corey O’Shea formally of Back Bay Restaurant Group and Newport Harbor Group returns to his hometown to showcase his New American menu filled with fresh, local ingredients, and bold flavors. He grabs inspiration from the city he grew up in, and with the beach only a few blocks away he incorporates fresh seafood on his menu. He shares a classic New England menu that ranges from light Farm fresh ingredients with the Squash carpaccio all the way up to blueberry braised short ribs, and everything in-between. He gives a nod to the Lynn Fluff factory by showcasing a Fried Fluffernutter sandwich with Nutella drizzle on our desert menu.
Marcus Sebastiano has created his largest wall mural to date at 36-foot, tipping his hat to the history of Lynn with old pictures of the town, the railroad, iron-workers, and of course where Fluff was manufactured. Other Local artists work cover the walls to give the feel of an industrial artist loft. Antique gas pumps, a stoplight, old boxing gloves, album covers, and a fireplace add to the edgy, rustic feel of District 45.
Bar Manager, Tim Kotkowski formally of Pastoral and Rosetti’s has created a one-of-a-kind beverage program that has something for everyone. The menu has a Craft Beer focus with 16 drafts, with 6 rotating drafts, all different kinds of Whiskey and Amaro to create fun approachable craft cocktails with high-quality ingredients from scratch to appeal to every palate.
